I still need a to be defended against a post-future crime that was supposed to have been committed a long time ago?

I was convicted without a jury, held accountable before the incident could have occurred, in the wrong venue by the prosecutor who had no jurisdiction over the imaginary case.

I don't know how to put a motion on the matter into proper form, and it seems that the rules of proper form did not apply to the 'criminal allegation' since there is no form needed for a case that is not actually pending trial.

In this case for Max R. Wall, it seems that there is no proper way to prosecute crime, since 'innocent until proven guilty' does not matter anymore.
